As we get into the lazy days of summer it's a great time to be shopping for a cottage. There's still time to buy and close and get in this summer.  It's a strong  Buyers' Market and many Listings have been sitting for a while so sellers are keen to make a deal. Many buyers who have been cottage shopping through the spring are focusing on their summer travel plans while kids are out of school.  They'll be back shopping and increase competition in the fall. Many of the spring listings we expect have hit the market and there's a lot of selection.  At this time of year, we're seeing lots of price decreases and sellers are motivated so there are some great deals to be had.
